to understand early diagnosis and appropriate

in the diagnosis and management
of IBD. This was the first meeting
to highlight the evolving changes
in the IBD landscape. This meeting
increased the awareness of the disease
and its management in countries
where IBD is being increasingly and
newly diagnosed.
To conclude, this symposium
highlighted invaluable information
on how to provide the best care for
patients with IBD. Continuing medical
education programs like these will
create the basis for improving the care
of patients with IBD and ultimately
improve their quality of life all around
the world.
