WGO is the world's only international gastroenterology organization, with experts available to the media for questions about the field of gastroenterology and hepatology and the World Digestive Health Day campaign. The WGO Foundation is the philanthropic resource for the WGO; it is a 501 (c)(3) organization established as a strategic response to increasing demand to solicit financial support for WGO’s global and developing low-resource country training and educational programs.
